DGRT Studio
Terms of cooperation
Last updated: 19.10.2026
A short, plain-language description of how we work with clients, from the first request to the finished work.
01Who we are
DGRT Studio is the brand under which DGRT Studio (), a self-employed person in Latvia, provides development services and runs their own online services. Address: Latvija. Email: dgrt.studio.team@gmail.com. Below — “we” or the “Contractor”.
02What we do
We build websites, online shops and web applications to order, help clients launch their digital ideas and create our own products.
Our own products (for example, iClipSora) have their own terms of use on their websites. This page covers work to order.
03How an order is made
The information on this website is not a public offer: the price and scope of work are always agreed individually.
1. You send a request through the form on the website. 2. We discuss the details in writing or on a call. 3. We email you an invoice that is also an offer: scope of work, price, timeline and terms. 4. You tick that you accept the terms and pay the invoice — from that moment the agreement is concluded.
The terms of a specific invoice take priority over this page. Anything the invoice does not cover is governed by the terms below.
04Payment
We accept payment in euros by card (through Stripe) or by bank transfer to the details given in the invoice. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store them.
As a rule, work starts after the prepayment stated in the invoice. Unless the invoice says otherwise, we are not a VAT payer and no VAT is added to the price.
05Timeline, delivery and acceptance
The timeline is stated in the invoice and runs from the day of payment. If you delay materials, access or answers, the timeline moves by the length of the delay.
We tell you in writing when the work is ready. Within 5 working days you either accept it or send comments within the agreed scope. If no comments arrive within that period, the work is considered accepted.
Corrections within the agreed scope are included in the price. New features and changes to the brief are estimated and paid for separately.
06Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before the work starts, we refund the full payment. If the work has already started, we refund the payment minus the cost of the work done. After the work is accepted, payments are not refundable.
If you order as a consumer (a private person), the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the agreement. By paying the invoice and asking us to start right away, you agree that if you withdraw within those 14 days you pay for the work already done, and that the right of withdrawal is lost once the work has been fully completed.
Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, within 14 days after the amount is agreed.
07Rights to the result
After full payment you may use the result of the work without restriction. Third-party fonts, libraries, images and services are used under their own licences.
We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
08Liability
We are responsible for the quality of the work within the agreed scope. Our liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant invoice, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for outages of third-party services we do not control: hosting, domain registrars, payment providers or email services.
09Ideas sent through the website
When you send an idea through the form on the website, you share it voluntarily and free of charge. We are not obliged to build it and may work on similar ideas that we came up with ourselves or received from others.
If we build your idea and you allowed it, we will name you as its author. Bonuses and privileges for idea authors are set by us and described on the website or in the product.
10Confidentiality
We do not share with third parties any non-public information you give us during the work. How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms and agreements with us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We try to settle disputes by negotiation — write to us at dgrt.studio.team@gmail.com. If we cannot agree, the dispute is heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv).
12Changes
We may update these terms. Orders that have already been paid are governed by the terms accepted together with their invoice.
